Warehouse Labourer Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately receive, store, and distribute products within our warehouse facility.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage of merchandise.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate records.
- Follow all safety protocols to create a secure and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with a team to meet daily targets and achieve operational efficiency.
Roastery Worker Responsibilities:
- Operate tree nuts roasting equipment to produce freshly roasted beans.
- Monitor and control the roasting process to ensure the desired flavor profiles are achieved.
- Perform quality checks on roasted coffee beans to maintain consistency and meet our high standards.
- Assist in packaging and labeling nuts products according to specified guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the roastery area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or roastery setting is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the task at hand.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, if necessary.
